For years my spouse and I have been talking about buying a home for our now family of five but the task seemed so impossible and intimidating.I had been following Bethany for over a year on tiktok before I mustered up the courage to message her. I got a call from her less than half an hour after messaging her on her website. Twenty minutes later she had her mortgage broker contact us to get the process started. My only regret was not messaging her sooner.
She made the home buying process so easy and less daunting. I genuinely felt like she had the best interest of myself and my family. She explained everything in way that we felt confident enough to embark on this new journey of home ownership. Once she gave us access to her company’s real estate portal I was hooked. I was constantly searching for our potential home and the options were endless. I became a kid in a candy store but being the expert that she is she reeled me in and we were able to narrow our choices down to four houses.
About a week after our first conversation we were viewing houses. We were able to chose our potential home that day, a day later we submitted our offer and our offer was accepted. Literally two weeks after I first contacted her we were now new, proud home owners. The next few weeks were seamless with the help of her and her team which included the mortgage broker and real estate lawyer. I felt like they did all the work and all we had to do was submit our necessary paperwork.
We are forever grateful to Bethany and her team for making our real estate dream a reality. Without a doubt we will be using Bethany for any of our future real estate needs and will most definitely recommend her to our friends and family. 10/10
